Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email — no shipping required.
Australian Shipping We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, Sendle, and Couriers Please.
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
International Shipping We ship worldwide to most countries.
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Downloads Affirmation cards, SEL decks, classroom printables, and digital bundles are delivered instantly via email. If your download doesn't arrive, check your junk/promotions folder — or contact us and we'll resend immediately.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels We stand behind every order. Contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Pre-Orders & Backorders Pre-order items are clearly marked on product pages with estimated shipping timeframes. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) ship together unless you request otherwise.
