We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🔄 How to Initiate a Return

- Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

🔁 Exchanges

If the replacement item has a different price, we'll either:

- Send a payment request for the difference (if the new item costs more)
📥 Digital Downloads - No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital download, please contact us at sales@shreepowerphraseuniverse.com and we'll assist you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads (once accessed)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- A description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) as quickly as possible.

🏫 Bulk & Wholesale Orders

🌍 International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note:
- Customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
