Orders & downloads
How do I get my files after I buy?
Digital products are available to download right after checkout, and a download link is also emailed to you. Check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes.
What format are the printables?
Most printables are high-resolution PDFs sized for standard US Letter and A4 paper, so you can print at home, at school, or at a local print shop.
Can I re-download something I bought before?
Yes — use the link in your original confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Printing & quality
What paper works best?
For posters, a heavier matte cardstock (about 200–250 gsm) holds up well on a wall. Standard printer paper is perfect for workbooks and activity sheets.
Why do colors look a little different when printed?
Screens and printers render color differently. For the truest match, print from the original PDF rather than a screenshot, and avoid ‘draft’ ink settings.
Can I resize the prints?
Yes. When printing the PDF, choose ‘fit to page’ for a clean scale, or print at 100% for the exact designed size.
Using SEL Prints with kids
What ages are these for?
Most designs are built for early-years through elementary children, with simple language and visuals. Product pages note the best-fit age range.
Do I need an SEL background to use them?
Not at all. Each print is designed to be self-explanatory, with a grown-up nearby to talk it through. Many bundles include short tips for getting started.
Classroom & licensing
Can I use these in my classroom?
Yes — a single purchase covers personal use and one teacher’s own classroom. Please don’t share files outside your own room or resell them.
Do you offer school or district sets?
We do, through our educator program. Tell us about your school and we’ll put together the right bundle and licensing.
